INFORMATION, BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AT RIOS BRAZILIAN RESTAURANT

Rios restaurant is a fully licensed venue whereby dining (meals) and entertainment is charged at a fixed price.

 

DINING

Dining is between 7.00pm and 9.00pm.

During dining our meat waiters serve traditional meat courses of; sausage, chicken, lamb, pork and beef.

To accompany the meat there is a self serve buffet of hot vegetables and salads, followed by a selection of desserts at the buffet.

ENTERTAINMENT

There are three stages of entertainment beginning at 9.00pm with a live band for dancing. The second is the presentation of the spectacular Rios Carnival Show at 9.45pm performing live rhythmic dancing of samba, lambada and latin ribbon with ostentatious colour, magnificence and splendor. The carnival continues with the third stage of live band entertainment until close being just before 1.00am.

PRICES

The following prices are applicable from February until the 30th October, 2012.

Saturday night	$65.00 (includes GST) Dinner, show and band Under 12 $35.00

 

The following prices are applicable from the 18th November until 22nd December, 2012.

 

Wednesday night	$50.00 (includes GST) Dinner and show only Under 12 $20.00
Thursday night	$57.00 (includes GST) Dinner, show and band Under 12 $27.00
Thursday (1st December)	$50.00 (Inc GST) Dinner, show and Dj
Friday night	$70.00 (includes GST) Dinner, show and band Under 12 $40.00
Saturday night	$77.00 (includes GST) Dinner, show and band Under 12 $45.00
Thursday 23rd Dec	$70.00 (includes GST) Dinner, show and band Under 12 $40.00
New Years Eve	$140.00 (GST Inc) Adults     $70.00 (GST Inc) Children

BOOKINGS

a) Deposit of $20.00 per seat reserved is required.
b) All bookings over 8 must fully pay prior to booking night.
c) Full refunds are given for cancellations communicated 72 hours prior to booking night.
d) Cancellations not advised prior to 72 hours will forfeit the deposit of $20.00.
e) Any changes to booking numbers must be notified to us to accommodate for seating. Otherwise the full price for the seat will be charged on the night.

CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS 2012 (NOV – DEC)

a.1) Once deposit has been received you can adjust numbers accordingly to availability.

b.1) Once balance has been paid any changes to booking, Example Cancellations of seats not required will not be refunded and additional seating may be refused due to seating availability. We do not want to cancel your booking but at times we may request a transfer or cancellation due to limited booking seats on the night, in this instance we will advise and return the deposit refund in full.
